Department of Chemistry was established in the academic year 2015-2016. The main objective of the department is to promote quality education to the rural students in and around Thanjavur. Students hailing from poor families join our department with an average academic background. Also, our department provides ample opportunities to students from other districts. We provide the participant with intensive training in modern techniques that encompass the latest trends and equipment with a variety of skills to face the stiff competition in the global market of apparel and laboratory practice of this department.
