Objectives of the IQAC
To develop quality systems to improve the College’s academic and administrative performance through purposeful, consistent, and dynamic scheduled activity.
To encourage the globalization of quality culture and the institutionalization of best practices in order to improve institutional functioning and quality.
To develop and maintain a quality culture aiming at all-around excellence at the Institution level.
To focus and regulate an institution’s efforts and measures toward academic achievement.
To be the driving force behind ushering in quality in order to eliminate flaws and enhance efficiency.
Functions of IQAC
Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
The quality of the institution is checked and the innovations are monitored.
Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents, and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
Helps in framing the action plan and report of various committees such as academic, sports, library, examination, anti-ragging, sexual harassment, grievance and redressal, research and development, entrepreneur and development cell in the college.
Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.
Motivates and encourages the faculty in research activities.
Monitors students’ progress and support services.
Prepares AQAR and the SSR for submission to NAAC.
Development of Quality culture in the institution.
