Conduct of Examinations
The principal’s recommendation results in the Head of a department being appointed as the Chief Superintendent for the April/November examination session.
Hall Tickets
The exam schedule for both current and past due papers is listed on the hall ticket along with the date and hour of the exam.
Practicals
Undergraduate practicals are conducted and evaluated by both internal and external examiners.
Postgraduate practicals are evaluated by both internal and external examiners.
The internal examiners are suggested by the HODs.
External examiners are appointed by the COE, from the panel suggested by the HODs.
Assessment
The evaluation of a student in a particular course is done based on her performance both in the (i) Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) and the (ii) Semester Examinations (SE). A student has to pass the CIA and SE separately to complete a course.
